  4. About head banging. I overthinking? or?

About head banging
I had an panick attack and I forcibly banged my head once or twice or thrice back and forth to feel if I can feel something after that when I was calm after a day I have small headaches at the back of the headb at times when I think and some back neck pain do I need to do a ct scan? Or am I overthinking? Or ?
