About glutathione
Hello doc.,i want to know that is it safe to intake glutathione capsule? And if yes, which one is the best?

Glutathione is an antioxidant. When it is administered internally, it works as an antioxidant and repairs free radical damage in the internal organs..however if you are looking at skin glow, that effect will only happen at very high doses of glutathione. . Tablets and capsules can at the max contain 1 gm glutathione and a large part of it is destroyed by gastric juices..only glutathione that is administered intravenously gives the skin benefits..so meet a dermatologist to understand the actual benefits of glutathione for skin..
