I have done my covishied vaccination yesterday, M married and m planning to become pregnant Is it OK to get pregnant after vaccine? And it's my first dose can I get 2nd dose after getting pregnant?

No according to present guidelines covid vaccine is not given to pregnant females. You may plan pregnancy 3 months after your 2nd dose.
