Report in picture would have been better. Anyway a CRP of 7.5mg/l is high, which indicates the possibility of underlying infection. But raised CRP alone without any other evidence in form of clinical findings or lab report is inconclusive. Also there are so many antibiotics, and all of them has different target so used in different conditions according to the findings and lab reports. So, do not start antibiotics without proper consultation. Maybe you can take symptomatic treatment for now until u get proper consultation.
Next Steps
Go for proper health check up. Do not sit back and do self medication. For further information and management you can consult me anytime. Take care and stay safe.

Share your report by clicking picture, rather than getting confuse. Nobody is teelling lie or anything. Beacuse its vary according to lab and method. Some lab references are upto 3 N mostly standard its upto 3 - 4normal range. Thats why its creating confusion. If its normal range than nothing to worry
