This is due to exposure of eye to air
Try
A. Use goggles or helmet while driving
B. Use lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently

It might be due to dryness. Please put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids.
