Pregnancy hormones tend to aggravate the problem. Drink plenty of water. Eat high fiber diet . Include vegetables and fruits in your daily diet. Avoid putting pressure while passing motion. There are syrups and tablets if problem still remains after changing food habits and consuming water.
If you want to terminate pregnancy, you should consult gynecologist personally.
