Abnormal vaginal bleeding
I always have regular periods. But suddenly in this month I started bleeding few days after my periods was over. So I consulted gyno. She did scan. Endometrium is thick with bulky uterus and vascular stalk. And intramural fibroid 3 cm. she gave progestin tablet. And pause mf. Even after taking these tablets my bleeding is not stopping. And since yesterday im having big clots in blood as well. Attached report of my scan. Im seeing online sudden abnormal bleeding is the first sign of endometrial cancer? Is there any way to rule out cancer? And does thick endometrium increases chances of cancer in future?

Continue the advise your gynaecologist have . No it won’t increase cancer risk in future. Endometrial thickness is fine for your age . No indication for doing a biopsy so far . Are you having any family history of cancer ? Have you checked your hormonal levels ? Was your thyroid function test done ? You can consult me online , if you wish so to give the above history
