For heavy menses take tab pause 500mg thrice a day for 5 days during periods. Also since you're losing a lot of blood start with iron tablets (orofer xt) once a day for a month. Check thyroid profile and prolactin levels. 9mm endometrial thickness for your age is normal. If thyroid and prolactin levels are normal you should be started on hormonal pills for regularisation of menses and to control the heavy bleeding
Next Steps
blood for tsh, free t3 and free t4 fasting prolactin
