Abnormal testicular position

I have diagnosed with epididymorrchitis and on antibiotics, i have relief in pain. I also have done 2 usg scrotum and they both are normal. But i find my left testicle is not in the normal position it used to be.. it is now more higher and more forward than the right one.. which make it to get trapped in thighs which make me uncomfortable to sleep sit walk etc..Many people complaint this abnormal position of testicle after epididymitis you can see on google... And no doctor is able to give the answer, everybody says its normal... But we need to suffer it everyday. Plz help.. Also- no Varicocele found in 2 usg.. but do feel some swollen veins in upside of left testicle.
