Abnormal Bleeding Not Stopping - Missed Period In Sep, Completed

Abnormal bleeding not stopping

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Missed period in Sep, completed Meprate 5 day course, got periods after a week, TSH,sugar normal, prolactin - 50, pregnancy neg. One week after period end in Oct got period like light bleeding continued for 8 days, took Trantas MF 3× 3 days to stop for getting usg, usg says dominant follicle left ovary (28x19mm). Next day as I did not take any Trantas dose, again mucus like red discharge started. When will it stop? Will I get my next cycle normal? Is there need to worry or is it normal follicular growth ? please help
