  4. Abdomonal pain near navel. Rid of it?

Abdomonal pain near navel
My ct scan shows that i have loaded colon.i frequently have pain in right and left side colon(near navel area).moreover i am constipated from last 9 months ,no medicines gave me permanent remedy?all i want to know is it IBD??or something else?how can i get rid of it?plz give me advice doctor ..

Get a colonoscopy done and CT scan abdomen and review back
