  3. Abdominal soreness. Of the diarrhea?

Abdominal soreness
Two days ago I had what I assumed to be the flu, diarrhea around 6 to 8 times, stomach cramps, aching joints, dizziness and headaches. Yesterday i only had it around 3 times but everything else seemed to subside. Today no diarrhea but my abdominals are sore to even move (no cramping just tenderness). Is this just an affect of the diarrhea? Thanks.
