My father did abdominal scan today as a result of blood in urine PSA results are yet to come: Following is the impression on Scan: 1. sonagraphic features of mild Cystis 2. minimal right hydrocele 3. prostate metalogy with multiple calcifications 4. Mild prostate enlargement kindly let us know what kind of treatment is required Is it threatening?

Hi.. Mild cystitis is bcoz of the urinary tract infection. And hydrocele is bcoz of prostrate problem. And prostrate calcification is common after 50 years of age.. Or even due to begine hypertrophy also make calcification.. That yet to rule out.. Let psa come.. Now looks like urinary tract infection.. Urine microscope?
