  4. Abdominal pains. Idea what’s going on?

I’ve been feeling constipated, with stabbing pains throughout my intestine (mostly left but sometimes right, mostly lower, best belly button), rarely back pains, and feel like I have a fast heart rate win breathlessness? Any idea what’s going on?
