Abdominal pain
She has started femilon on 3rd day of her period. She is now having lower abdominal pain and she found blood mixed fluid.. is this side effects of contraceptive or some disorders?

But she may have bleeding or spotting if she miss even a single pill.
If she doesn't have proper bleeding complete the course.
If spotting continues till 3 days more; consult gynecologist and get local examination done.
