Asked for Female, 30 Years

I have severe pain in lower stomach last month. When I checked with a gynecologist she said I have vaginal infection and gave tablets for 5 days (Clingen forte, pantocar,mahacef,rutoheal) .. I have done tubal ligation a year back after my second child. Now I have the same pain.. is this something serious? She asked me to continue vibact, coqsoft
