Abdominal cramps
Hello doctor, I am a 19 year old male. For the past one year, I have been getting mild stomach cramps AFTER a bowel movement in the morning. I also need to go more often in the morning(2-3 times), Sometimes, I might feel that I have not emptied my bowels. Generally, I feel better by the evening. These symptoms though mild bother me. I have also noticed that sometimes there would black bits or black patches in one or two stools. I am quite anxious as to what problem this might be. I am overall healthy and hit the gym often. Thank you!
