Hello There.
I can understand your concern. i hope she is not in too much pain.
give het a tab. paracetamol 300mg like tab. medomol 300mg twice or thrice a day after food for the fever.
she might be having a stomach infection.
kindly take her to a paediatrician or a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
make her drink lots of water and give her a soft diet like curd rice.
