Abdomen right of middle pain when jog
Sharp pain in lower abdomen when I try to jog or run. Occurred at the same time as I was diagnosed with direct inguinal hernia, but was told this is different. 3 weeks post op and jog/run pain still there and cannot do it.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Inguinal hernia presents not just with pain but also with a swelling. If your hernia is repaired by a surgery then the pain is less likely due to the hernia. Get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. He will be able to help you further. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
