Hello. I have gone through your question . Your symptoms suggestive of peptic ulcer disease (PUD)rather than irritable bowel syndrome.  In PUD usually two types of ulcers are seen one is gastric ulcer and the other is duodenal ulcer. Pain abdomen relieved after food intake is seen in duodenal ulcer, Whereas pain abdomen increased after food intake is seen in gatsric ulcer. Other common symptoms associated with PUD are belching, vomitings, weight loss and poor appetite. It can be caused by H.pylori bacteria, smoking, stress due to any physical illness, liver cirrhosis and excessive use of pain killers. PUD can be diagnosed with the help of endoscopy and barium swallow. H.pylori can be diagnosed with help of biopsy. PUD can be treated successfully with proton pump inhibitors like patoprazole , rabeprazole. For more details consul your physician
