Abdomen cramps and severe pain

Asked for Female, 18 Years

My abdomen is really paining from last 2 days. I thought it would be because of start of menstrual cycle but date has forwarded and till now periods have not started. I thought it might be sogn of pregnancy but kit is showing negative and today there is so much pain that I cannot sit properly. What might be the problem pls help.
