Abdomen and testicle pain

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hello, From last two months i am having pain ( sometimes mild sometimes severe) around abdomen area, sometimes at back , soemtimes in testicles( sometimes left sometimes right) and sometimes it disapper also. Like everything is fine . Consulted urologist, gaestroentrologist, general physician in two months and taken many tests. Ultrasound KUB, urine test, colonoscopy all results are fine. All 3 doctors came to conclusion that it is because of stress induced Irratable bowel syndrome. My concern is : is it really because of stress i am having pain ? What should i do next ? I am taking mild stress releving tablet from one month also.
