So I ate paani puri and there's been a tear in skin type white patch near my upper jaw, What can that be?

The injury might be due to rough edge of your eatable.. Don't work just apply hexigel on it... If it doesn't go within a week please visit a dentist

Hello dear, Please donot worry Seems to be an ulcerative injury . Apply dologel twice a day over the tissue for 5 days along with metrogyl gel twice a day for 5 days

Can be injury due to hard pani puri

It's actually a traumatic ulcer  due to sharp edges or crunchy consistency of puri or burn due to hot pani puri water .

visit a dentist as he will examine & prescribe ointment to apply for the region

From the pic it seems to be traumatic ulcer probably from a food item.It should heal within a week or two. Apply Hexigel ointment 2-3 times a day . Incase it does not resolve in two weeks please consult a dentist.Hope that helps.
