A pit a perianal region
Having chronic indigestion problem . Acidic stool 2- 3 times stool pass everyday. LIS surgery for anal fissure and excision of wart was done 5 years ago. Now from last 20 days without having hard stool  I am feeling very little pain but while washing after latrine burning sensation and pain both. Checked yesterday by a surgeon. He told a pit is created at 11'  I'M clock position and one side is little elevated and others sides are plane but it is not anal fissure. Is it curable by medicine ??? Or require surgery already LIS was done. Age 28 years , male
