A lump on testicle

Hi, A lump is growing on my testicle skin for the last 3-4 years, which don't give any pain, but increases day by day. Now I have seen another lump is growing besides that. Bit worried to share this. Please guide me which specialist I need consult, and what was the issue. Thanks in advance!
