I have eating tobacco since 5years but today suddenly I have seen that I have a red colour extra skin inside my mouth besides the teeth, So is that a symptom of cancer?

Looks like the wisdom tooth. The gum around it is inflamed due to impacted wisdom tooth. Get an X-ray done and your dentist will advise you further. It is not related to tobacco use but it is advisable to give up the habit

Gum is swollen around the wisdom tooth.
Are there any other colour changes in the inside of the mouth... Inside cheeks, below tongue, on the palate etc... Do u feel difficult to open the mouth? Or do you think mouth opening is reduced.... Please check with your dentist to rule out any indication of precancerous lesions.
