Tan in both hands now also spread my body my both hands are fully black what to do any treatment I think the direct sunlight problem

Hi if it is only in sun exposed areas then we can say that it could be due to hypersensitivity to sunrays... in case if entire body is involved consult dermatologist... use sunscreen with good spf half an hour before going out...
