I have been noticing drastic weight loss over the last 8months.I was 48kgs till July-August-2019.I got lot of stomach ache as I used to not eat on time.I checked with doctor who suggested me gastric medicine n to eat food properly on time and I checked my weight during September, my weight was 44kgs.Doctor asked me to take care of my food and not to take any stress as I was going through a lot of stress.I followed doctor's suggestion, had food properly on time, included dry fruits, dairy products, and some exercise. After few months I checked my weight, I lost 2kgs more, I dropped to 42kgs. I got more worried, contacted nutritionist on practo app, who suggested me a diet which included eating on time such a panner, milk, rice, dal, veggies.I followed the same, made sure that I eat all food with ghee.I followed this for a month.I noticed too much tiredness and weakness.I checked my weight yesterday and found that I have dropped to 39kgs. Please help me!

Take it seriously. Consult a Physician. Some tests has to be done like CBS, TSH, RBS, Ultrasound abdomen , chest xray, ect.. but do consult first.. Diagnosis should be first priority...Diet comes after diagnosis
