I have headache pain on my full head..wat can it be? Am very much mentally sick .kindly advice me..when I get angry my level of headache or head pain increases to such an extend that my head feels like bursting inside ..I feel very disgusting .I don't know what iz actually happening inside my brain ..actually I want to share that I got hurt many times fighting with my siblings on my head ..and oll DAT wat very danger .I am very much worried about my health

Hello, no need to worry, there are several types of headaches, tension headache is also one of them, one good thing about this is you can control the headache by simple change in your life style like reducing your anger, decreasing your stress, practice meditation daily atleast for 10min morning and evening, net time try to breath deeply and slowly when you feel like you are in stress or at anger.
