8 year child abdominal pain since 2 mont

8 year child abdominal pain since 2 month.problem exists for 1 or 2 days then after treatment cure for approximately 10 days again problem starts USG is normal in Military Hospital

Can be gastritis. Avoid spicy food or junk good completely. Observe any triggers during the episode. Use Tab. Junior lanzol 30mg once a day before breakfast for 1 month. Hope it helps.
