8 month old skin problem

Hi doctor... My son is 8month old n having a sort of pimple(Luks like mosquito bite) on leg n hand...im applying calamine lotion n wats d issue is while dats disappearing it's luking like big lump with smal pimple kind of on it.. N vry nxt day hez having same problem seen like mosquito bite n different parts of d body... Worried whether it's skin infection r mosquito bite?
