6mm kidney stone
Can it dissolve by medicines or needs immediate surgery. CT scan done on 03 Mar and right now I am not having pain. Please advise

Hi, most stones are calcium stones and do not dissolve. Some are pure Uric acid stones which may be dissolved with potassium citrate. Usually stones upto 6 mm can pass spontaneously. Take lots of fluids.
