6mm calculus
Hi, 6mm size calculus  in the  left middle  group of calyces. The left upper ureter is midly dilated measure approximately 6.4 mm This is my sonography report. Is operation required? Or it can be cure with medicine only. Please also suggest some effective pain killer

Dilatation of ureter can be due to stone which is not aeen in ultrasound
