5 month old baby's diet plan

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My baby is 5 month old. What I can give her other than breast milk. Can i give her cow milk as i join my office and not able to give her breast milk i working hours.

Continue breastfeeding upto 2 years and beyond. Cow's milk only after 1 year. You may start complementary feeding with home made foods in the form of Kichidi, fruits and vegetables. Lactogen stage 2 and Cerelac are other alternatives.
