5 -6 red spots on my penis head skin
On my penis head skin there is 5 - 6 red spots . It does not itch bit when I stretch the penis glans then it hurts . I have consulted the dermatologist he told me to do cautery but in my this facility is not available . I want to know that red spots are serious issue or normal . I am single . I have not done any sexual activity . Please suggest me .
