Hello doctor, I'm 4th month pregnant, I've done my Nuchal Thickness scan and came to know that LOW LYING PLACENTA . why does it happen , do I need to take complete bed rest for this

There are many factors for low lying placenta. But during first trimester and early half of second trimester the lie can be changing. Take adequate rest and do not exert yourself physically. As an when the pregnancy advances there is stretching of uterus and most of the times the placenta moves posteriorly.
