Kid of 10 years has got stone in gall bladder from 2.5mm to 4mm but no pain so far. Can you suggest treatment for this problem as we have identified this a week back when went to the physician for a general check up.

If the stone is not causing any specific problems, then it doesn't need any treatment - medical or surgical right now. Close monitoring is needed regarding any future symptoms including pain abdomen, severe acidity, indigestion, nausea, vomiting. In case of any of these features, repeat USG whole abdomen is need to delineate stone size and status and follow up with general surgeon or Gastrosurgeon. Regards.
