4 th month baby neck moved backwards

My 4th month baby moved his neck backwards suddenly while holding and cried for some 10 seconds.. And he is doing other activities like before like rolling over and holding neck straight for sometime in turn over position so is it okay or will there be any injury caused without symptoms.. Kindly guide

Less likely an injury. Muscles are weak so it may happen that body is not able to lift the head for few seconds to regain the position back again. Need not to worry.
