4 month old baby diarrhea
My baby has diarrhea for more than 2 weeks when we checked with pediatrician 2 weeks before told to give z and d for 2 weeks , mahacef 2 times for 6 days and econorm sachet for 4 days half one time after started medicine baby strated recovering well and still I am giving z and drops alone but felt again going watery loose motion on past two days for 4 to 5 times but baby is very active and taking formula milk well as unable to give breastfed, when I was checked doc said takes time for loose motion to get recover when baby is active nothing to bother, please suggest is this normal or do I need to concern about it as going watery loose motion for more than 4 times

Hi
Passing stool 8 to 10 times a day is absolutely normal till 6months of age only if the baby is active and taking feeds everytime
Next Steps
if baby is on formula feed check whether the dilution is appropriate
