3m old baby has cough and cold
My 3m old baby has cough and cold. I am giving her nasoclear for her blocked nostrils.
I have Mucolite drops at home, should I give for her cough? If yes what is the dosage?
She is approx 5kg in weight..Birth weight was 2.6kg. Mostly breastfed, formula fed at times.

Just give nasivion normal saline drop if needed. Vit C drops .6 ml od. Give steam inhalation. Sun bath and activity. Give concoction of ginger, black whole pepper, cloves and jaggary. Boil it. Cool it. Serve warm. 2times a day for 3 days.
