Echogenic foci in heart can be a normal finding if it's single. If bilateral it is a soft marker of some genetic diseases. If other tests like nuchal scan, triple or quadriple test are normal means nothing much to worry. Per se echogenic foci will not cause any harm to the heart. You can discuss in detail with your pediatrician or you can take online consultation
