3 year old girl and can't walk properly.
My niece is 3 year old and she is not able to walk properly. Doctors says during her birth she didn't cried that's why she can't took oxygen properly that why this is happening. And her brain is less in size in compare to 3 year old child.

The way you describe the condition looks like cerebral palsy. Persistent physiotherapy might help her.
