3 months old having cough

Hello doctor, My 3 months old coughs 4 to 5 times in a day. She coughs like an adult coughs mostly morning and evening. Nasal congestion Is also there (morning and night). She is having this problem nearly 3 months. Visited 3 pediatrician they gave nasal drops but daily she is having cough. What is the reason for cough? Is it normal? Ans solution for this?

Cough is for last 3 months so I think she needs to be investigated e.g . complete blood count, xay chest etc. How is her growth in terns if weight ? Is she on exclusive breast feeding ?
