No need to worry but if foul smell and bottle feeding is given please try to stop it ,unless until there is no fever and green colour is not increasing then no need to worry.

Nothing to worry unless untill there is bloody stool or watery stools. Do breastfeed 2 hrly along with burping, if passing daily no worry, make sure there should not be any abdominal distension. keep on breast fed till 6 months, give vit d3 drops daily till 1 years of age.
