Hi sir I have taken 2d echo in November so again when should I take to check my heart health . I am developing severe heart anxiety issue and where ever I am keeping my hand on body I sense my pulse . So when should I opt for  2d echo again Thanks Dileep

If previous echo was normal then u don't need another one. Your symptoms are likely due to anxiety

Please let me know your pulse rate and palpitations can occur due to anxiety, 2-D Echo if with the normal limit need not repeat unless indicated. Share your ECG, get your lab laboratory check up like fasting thyroid profile, haemoglobin levels etc

No need to do any further echo. You have anxiety issue no heart issue. Consult a psychiatrist for anxiety
