2d echo and ECG
Respected Doctors, I was having a little pinching issues on left side, my doctor has suggested me to have 2d Echo and Ecg, now they says it's normal, but nowadays I am facing breathing issue,I don't know where the problem is, can someone please give me the second opinion,I am attaching the 2d echo and ecg reports. Thank you

Your ECG is normal. Echo just shows some hypertrophied muscle which is usually due to high BP. It also shows mitral valve prolapse which means one of the leaflets of your valve is loose since birth. Overall nothing major to worry about. I suggest check your BP and get a TMT done to rule out heart related cause for your chest pain and breathing issues.
