27M doesn't feel like having sex
We've been together for almost three years now. The first year was long distance, the second we lived in the same city and we've been living together for over a year. We're both the same age, and love each other to bits but he doesn't feel like having sex. We haven't had it in 7 months. We do kiss and cuddle but that's it. I'm monogamous and I know I won't seek sex out of my relationship but I can't help but feel sad and dejected each time I slowly try to spice things up and it doesn't work. We do spend time apart because of work, like he was away for 3-5 days a few times in the past few months and still nothing. What can I do to help him and myself? I'm very sad.
