26th day after c section
Today is 26th day after my c section and I have travelled in two wheeler back seat for only 15 minutes. Will it be v much harmful though I don't hv such problem, only having heaviness in lower abdomen.
After how many days of c section can I travel in two wheeler in back seat. Also which position to sit two ways or side ways pls help me.

hello, occasionally u can, but complete rest to recover completely as internal STICHES not healed properly they disappear as suchin time slowly.ok.

Hello there, its not harmful but it's better to take enough rest, heaviness in lower side is normal , it will be normal with time, if it's urgent to travel by bike , then you can sit in any position, both are safe.
