24/7 dizzyness,blurvision,headache.
Hi , I am facing continuous dizzyness,headache and neckache. i met a General physicaian he confirmed it as a vertigo and given tablets vertin,zaffer but no use of using them this i am facing from the last one month.. I have high blood pressure from 3 years and it is normal or slightly high(130/90). Please suggest me what would be cause.
