  4. 22dpo, no period. In for a blood test?

22dpo, no period
Trying to conceive. I am 22 dpo and on cycle day 42. I’ve never missed a period and have no sign that it is coming. Haven’t gotten a positive hcg test at home. Very few but some pregnancy symptoms. Should I go in for a blood test?
